The big picture
Great progress — Nora is stronger on her tummy and starting to roll. Next up: more floor play and starting to practice sitting with support.
Practice at home
- ★
Floor play several times a day
Tummy time plus side-lying play. Put toys slightly out of reach to encourage rolling.
- ★
Practice supported sitting
Sit her between your legs or with pillows for a few minutes at a time.
- ★
Talk, sing, and read every day
Narrate your day. Pause after you speak so she can answer with coos.
