The big picture
Nora is settling in well at home. Her feeding is on track, and our focus for the next two months is tummy time and day-night sleep rhythms.
Practice at home
- ★
Short tummy-time sessions every day
2–3 minutes, several times a day, always awake and watched. On your chest counts too.
- ★
Track feeds and diapers for two more weeks
Keep the simple tally we started — it tells us her intake is growing with her.
- ★
Use her corrected age
Nora was born about 6 weeks early. When you read about milestones, count from her due date, not her birthday.
Instructions from your specialists
Dr. Riley Osei
Nora is doing what we expect for her corrected age.
- Corrected age means counting from her due date, not her birth date.
- Expect more alert, awake time over the next month.
